The following delivery options are available.

Please note that delivery times can vary and we are not responsible for the performance of the carrier.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders will typically be dispatched the next working day after receipt, although this is not guaranteed. A notice will be posted on the website when dispatches will be delayed.

Please note that delivery costs are subject to change and may exceed those shown below for larger packages. Please check the delivery cost in your basket before checking out.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

All orders are dispatched from the UK AND MAY BE DELAYED BY CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AT THE DESTINATION WHICH IS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

FOR ORDERS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU) LOCAL TAXES (VAT) WILL BE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT.

ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU) ARE DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID (DDU) AND TAX (VAT) WILL BE CHARGEABLE.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TIMELY FOR PAYMENT OF ALL TAXES, DUTIES, FEES AND CHARGES LEVIED BY THE LOCAL CUSTOMS AUTHORITY. IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS CHARGES THEN THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

PLEASE USE THE TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIED AND CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

If you wish to use an alternative delivery service (for example DHL or FedEx) then please let us know before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

PLEASE DO NOT POST ITEMS TO OUR REGISTERED ADDRESS. PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL ADVISE.

If you receive a product which you believe to be damaged in transit or defective then please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can assist you. We cannot accept claims for damaged or defective products more than 14 days after the date of dispatch of the order.

You may cancel an order within 14 calendar days of the date of the order.

You may return unwanted products within 30 days of the date of the order.

Unwanted products can only be accepted for return in re-saleable condition, i.e. in original undamaged packaging with all protective seals intact. We cannot accept returns of any unwanted products if the container has been opened or the protective seal broken.

If you wish to cancel an order or return any items you need to advise us in writing. Please first contact us at [email protected] providing details of your order (name, date and order number) to obtain authorisation.

Please do not return any goods to us without first obtaining authorisation from us otherwise we will not be able to process the return.

If you are returning items because they are defective or incorrectly supplied then we will refund the postage costs of returning the goods to us.

If you are returning items because they are unwanted then you will need to pay the cost of returning the items to us.
