Magnesium supports so many essential functions in the body from promoting healthy sleep to healthy blood sugar levels.
We’ve blended soothing pure magnesium chloride and Himalayan salt together with nourishing oil and butters to moisturise the skin.
We’ve added Himalayan salt, as this helps the absorption of magnesium. Himalayan salt is naturally rich in 84 minerals and is known for its many purifying and healing benefits. This results in a beautiful combination that helps top your mineral levels up that your body so requires.
When applied topically (via the skin) magnesium and other minerals are absorbed straight through the skin directly into the body.
We have selected as pure ingredients as possible such as mango and shea butter, with no gluten or dairy.
In comparison to our body butter, you can apply this more generously on the skin. A great choice to use in the morning on arms and legs.
The lotion contains approximately 150mg magnesium per 5ml (e.g a level teaspoon), as larger amounts maybe used compared to our body butter.
Suitable for all your family’s health from babies to adults. It is gentle, but we do suggest a patch test before use.
