At Pebble, we believe every family deserves support that’s thorough yet flexible. You can start with one test and add more later if helpful, spreading testing over time to manage costs. Even a single test can provide valuable insights — no full suite or long-term commitment is required.
We don’t just glance at your results while on the call. We take the time to thoroughly analyse test results, preparing carefully before your consultation.
Having lived and breathed health challenges with our own families, we really do understand the complexities of conditions and supplements, allowing us to provide guidance that’s both knowledgeable and empathetic.
Kathryn works closely alongside our valued practitioners, Charlotte and Hayley, and is involved in every client’s case and care. You can feel confident that your plan is thoughtful, considered, and shaped by many years of professional experience.
What Our Services Include
Our services include a consultation with our practitioner covering:
A full review of your health questionnaire – we explore your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and goals to understand what may be influencing you or your child’s current health.
A clear explanation of test results – we walk through your results step-by-step, clearly and practically (this is talked through during your consultation; we no longer provide a separate written report).
A personalised supplement plan – we provide individual supplement guidance based on you or your child’s individual results and needs.
Time and space to ask questions – you are welcome to ask anything at any point during the consultation — there are no silly questions. The goal is for you to leave feeling supported, reassured and hopeful, with a clear sense of the next steps.
No Initial Appointment Required
You don’t need an appointment before ordering tests — we usually discuss test options by email. If you’d prefer a standalone appointment without testing, initial consultations are also available.

Prices depend on which practitioner you see — see below. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
1. Test Review & Personalised Nutrition Plan
Includes: a personalised nutrition and supplement plan, a comprehensive review of your test results, and a consultation to discuss findings and recommendations.

For some families — where a child has a higher number of symptoms, a more complex presentation, or may find it difficult to follow a supplement programme — including children with PANS or PANDAS — our 3-month Enhanced Support programme will be required alongside the plan. This ensures there is sufficient ongoing support to monitor progress and make adjustments where needed.
On enquiry, please let us know the number of symptoms your child has, the overall complexity of their case, and whether they’re able to take supplements. We’ll then assess whether we feel your child would benefit from additional Enhanced Support and let you know.

Lab test costs are not included in any of the prices above — they are paid directly to the test provider, in addition to our service fees.

A few things to Note
- Prices are per test and are applicable to both initial and repeat tests.
- We no longer provide separate written test reports — your consultation covers all the insights you need.
- Our packages include your consultation and personalised recommendations. Ongoing email support after your appointment is not included, however we offer a range of flexible support options above if you would like additional guidance.
General Terms & Conditions
- Payment is required in full once the analysis of your test results has been completed, and before your consultation.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
- We reserve the right to charge interest for late payments in line with standard business practice.
- Email replies are sent during business hours (Monday–Friday) and usually within two business days. We don’t offer instant messaging.
Testing information
HTMA Test
The Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) measures about 20 different minerals from a small hair sample. It also identifies heavy metal trace elements. It provides us with a good overall picture to understand if someone is absorbing all their nutrients as well as adrenal health, thyroid health, digestion and much more. This is a good start for many if you just want to begin with one test.
The cost of the test is paid by the customer directly to Mineral Check (online) and is not included in our service price.
OAT
The Organic Acids Test (OAT) offers a comprehensive metabolic snapshot of a patient’s overall health with 76 markers that can be useful for discovering underlying causes of chronic illness. It includes markers for candida, oxalates and salicylates (natural chemicals in foods that increase inflammation), neurotransmitters (brain hormones), bacteria, B vitamins and much more.
The cost of the test is paid by the customer directly to Regenerus and is not included in our service price (It’s paid separately to the lab).
GI-MAP Stool Test
The Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus (GI-MAP) measures the DNA of gut bacteria from a single stool sample. It helps identify bacteria that may be disrupting your gut’s normal balance and provides insights into digestion, nutrient absorption, inflammation, and immune function.
The test includes many important markers such as Candida, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, and H. pylori. Zonulin can also be added as an optional marker to assess intestinal permeability, often referred to as “leaky gut.”
The cost of the test is not included in our service pricing. We will order the test for you and invoice once the order has been placed.
Please note, once we have ordered this test, it isn’t possible to refund the test if you change your mind. In very rare cases, Nordic will allow the test to be refunded, but Nordic will charge an administrative fee, we will also charge a small admin fee.
Genetic Testing
We offer genetic tests from MaxGen Labs in the US. The test uses a simple and non-invasive cheek swab.
MaxFunction genetic test (from MaxGen Labs)
Tests for 100 different genetic variations, including MTHFR, COMT, CBS, MAOA, and many other SNPs. It provides insights into stress response, toxin and food additive sensitivity, detoxification, inflammation, neurotransmitter balance, hormone regulation, histamine, and antioxidant production. You will receive a full written report from the lab with this test.

Compared to Lifecode Gx, this test includes a greater number of markers. However, there have been a few clients’ tests refused from the lab, hence why we also offer Lifecode Gx tests below as another option.
We will send you the test kit. Postage to the US is the customer’s responsibility via Royal Mail international delivery. We pay the lab for the test upon receiving results, we will invoice for the test after we have paid it.
