Pebble Kids Multi Sensitive combines highly absorbable forms of nineteen vitamins and minerals. This supplement is ideal for children with sensitivities to certain challenging nutrients.
What makes it sensitive?
This formula is free from:
- Methylated nutrients
- B12
- Folate
- Iron
- Vitamin A & D
- Choline, lutein or elderberry.
Some of these nutrients are not always well tolerated by those who are more sensitive or have high levels of inflammation. This means these trickier nutrients can be easily avoided or supplemented separately.
Most multi’s contain vitamin D, however some don’t want vitamin D or skip supplementation during Summer months. Having it daily in a multivitamin makes it hard to individualise the amount of this nutrient precisely. Too much vitamin D can be unusable in the body and can become toxic. Vitamin A is another vitamin fat soluble vitamin and can result in side effects if we have too much. Dosing is so individual of these vitamins.
What does it contain?
This gentle formula incorporates a variety of B vitamins, along with Vitamin C and K2, complemented by highly absorbable mineral forms including magnesium, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, potassium, iodine, with minimal amounts of calcium and copper.
Vitamin C is included as a buffered which is gentle on the stomach or Vitamin C is included in a buffered form for gentle stomach absorption.
Some vitamin and mineral forms are absorbed better than others, this supplement features premium, easily absorbable forms.
It is free from gluten, dairy, corn, soy, sugar, and fillers. Suitable for Kosher.

Other information
These are smaller capsules (size 2) to make it easier for children to take.
If the capsules are still too big for kids, we recommend emptying them into some nice tasting food.
Low and slow doses are suggested initially, building up to the required dose.
Some are sensitive to B vitamins, which this supplement does contain, so please dose slowly if you have not given B vitamins to your child before.
Your child may need additional doses of other supplements such as magnesium or zinc, these are bulky nutrients and there’s only a certain amount that we can fit in a capsule!
