Directions

Simply Magnesium Liposomal: Children aged 2-5 years: take 5ml (1 tsp) daily. Children aged 5 years to adult: take 10ml (2 tsp) daily.

Zinc Liposomal: Children aged 2-5 years: take 5ml (1 tsp) daily. Adults & children aged over 5 years: take 10ml (2 tsp) daily. If you're new to taking zinc, start with a few drops and gradually increase your dosage over the course of a few weeks until you reach 5ml to 10ml per day (depending on age), or as recommended by a healthcare professional. If you've taken zinc before, you can begin with either 5ml or 10ml (depending on age) or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Vitamin C Liposomal: Children aged 2-5 years: take 2.5ml (0.5 tsp) daily. Children aged 5-12 years: take 5ml (1 tsp) daily. Adults and children aged 12+ years: take 5ml to 10ml (1 to 2 tsp) daily.

Or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended intake. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medications or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this supplement.

Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach and sight of children. Refrigerate after opening. As long as it’s kept in the fridge, once opened, it is best to consume your product within 3 months.  However it will retain stability for up to 12 months .
