Taurate contains sulphur. Sulphur is essential for the body and many tolerate and do well on sulphur. However, some people are sensitive to sulphur or don’t have sufficient molybdenum to process sulphur well, so a lower taurate product is preferred.
I have still included a very low amount of taurate, as it has many benefits such as improved mood/calm.
This product contains a mix of three highly bioavailable forms of magnesium (bisglycinate, malate and a very small amount of taurate) without citrate and with no fillers.
