Directions
Shake vigorously before use. Tastes best chilled.
Children aged 2-5 years: take 5ml (1 tsp) daily.
Adults & children aged over 5 years: take 10ml (2 tsp) daily.
If you're new to taking zinc, start with a few drops and gradually increase your dosage over the course of a few weeks until you reach 5ml to 10ml per day (depending on age), or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
If you've taken zinc before, you can begin with either 5ml or 10ml (depending on age) or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
